We aim to dispatch and deliver as fast as possible. Due to the current situation, please allow an extra 3 to 5 days for delivery.

We always aim for customer satisfaction, so in the rare event that there’s an issue with your order when it arrives, just let us know and we’ll happily fix this for you. 

As our items are used to treat Plantar Fasciitis, which of course involves feet, it’s not possible to return our items after use since they are no longer sellable or usable.

We try to always package your items in one package so that they arrive at the same time but sometimes this just isn’t possible, so occasionally we’ll split your order up into multiple packages.
